How each site is ranked?
The sites are ranked by the quality of the site, and what it offers. This doesnt necessary mean that the larger the site the better ranking. The sites are based on special features, the product offerings.
· 1 Star Site means: Very Poor, that the site has a decent presentation of the material, but the layout of the site isnt very good, the design and presentation of the material isnt very good. It has some nice features.
· 2 Star Site means: Poor
· 3 Star Site means: Satisfactory
· 4 Star Site means: Above Average
· 5 Star Site means: Superior Quality

Welcome to Bobs cookies. Bob made them. He is an excellent basketball player, and he doesnt know that much about cookies. The cookies are really good Bob recommends them if you are hungury.
This site would get a 1 STAR RANKING. The website has some irrelevant information, who cares that Bob is good at basketball, why is that important in selling cookies. The website has some other information that wouldnt sell his product, why would you buy some cookies from somebody that doesnt know that much about cookies. If you want the cookies, where do you send in for them? What do the cookies look like?
To improve Bobs ranking, he would have to put a picture about his cookies on the website, add contact information, rephrase the information, make the cookies seem something that you have to buy.
Note: Bobs cookies is just an example website, you cant really buy cookies from him.
